Moin and welcome to our OpenLab!

OpenLab Hamburg is an open high-tech makerspace that aims to give students from all disciplines and the general public access to modern, digital fabrication technologies in order to realize their own ideas. The Lab is part of the FabLabs (fabrication laboratories) movement

• a global network of open workshops - and is a member of the international international Fab Lab Association.

OpenLab Hamburg is aimed at all students, pupils and private individuals, as well as companies and other institutions interested in craftsmanship, design and technically interested.

The Lab can be used for the development of prototypes for StartUps, as well as for research and study work or for tinkering and fiddling around in one’s leisure time.

Workshops

The OpenLab Hamburg offers various programs for training and further education different target groups:

Workshops, lectures and courses on the topic of “digital fabrication”

• We offer compact introductory courses for a quick start in the use of the machines. use of the machines.
